Crust

Our light and crispy shell has the perfect New York-style taste and texture which can be baked in any model oven. Made with the finest ingredients, our shell bakes to a delicate golden color with a hand formed edge that provides each pie with a unique hand-tossed look. Luciano’s pizza crusts have all the characteristics of a hand-tossed pizza, without the challenges of working with fresh dough.

Sauce

To allow the natural sweetness of the ultra-premium California tomato blend to shine through, our sauce formulation is simply seasoned. Our sauce is packed under pressure, allowing for a lower boiling point to preserve the integrity of the fresh, vine-ripened tomato flavor. The result is a sauce with an exceptional fragrance, exquisite flavor, and delicate texture.

Cheese

Our feather-cut shredded cheese is a low-moisture blend of skim and whole-milk mozzarella developed in partnership with a family-owned Wisconsin producer. Made with no preservatives, fillers, or artificial ingredients, our cheese includes minimal starch for a smooth texture. It’s perfectly aged to provide a consistent melt without releasing the pool of grease common to other brands.
